The design evolved to balance visual simplicity and practical needs. Acoustic panels were introduced to reduce noise in open areas. A small pantry was integrated as a social hub, and zoning was refined for better flow between quiet and collaborative areas.

The concept aimed to create a workspace that reflects Flodesk’s brand—soft, welcoming, and inspirational. Natural tones and light materials were used to evoke calm and support creative thinking. Layouts were kept open with flexible furniture to encourage collaboration without compromising focus.

Attention to finish details ensured the clean aesthetic was preserved. Pastel accents, wood textures, and streamlined lighting were carefully installed. The result is a calm, stylish office that supports productivity and comfort throughout the day.
