Zoning strategies were implemented to clearly define working, meeting, and breakout areas. Light wood finishes and biophilic elements were added to bring warmth. Acoustics and lighting were refined to support team comfort and efficiency.

The initial concept revolved around visual openness and team connection. Glass walls, neutral tones, and natural light shaped an atmosphere of transparency and professionalism. The challenge was to design spaces for both focus and collaboration within a limited floor area.

Construction was coordinated closely to meet strict timelines. Custom partitions and workstations were installed with precision. The resulting space reflects Mensa’s collaborative culture, offering functionality and aesthetic clarity.
